What to do in the event of a claim?
1. Document immediately & remain calm
Document all damage immediately: Photos, date, time, location of damage, cause of damage.
Also note down any witnesses or involved parties.
In case of danger: Secure the damage and prevent further damage.
2. Report the claim proactively and promptly
Always report the damage to us as a precaution, even if it's not yet clear whether a settlement will be required.
Generally, the claim should be reported within 1-2 weeks.
Context: It's often harder to reconstruct the damage and file a claim later on.
